Certified Programs

The American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) is our national organization that supports state affiliate Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. AACVPR is the only organization that has instituted a certification process that helps programs improve standards of care and meet essential standards. Re-Certification occurs every three years, if standards are met. Most certified Cardiac Rehab. centers in California are active in CSCR. Most certified Pulmonary Rehab Centers are active in CSPR (California Society for Pulmonary Rehabilitation).
